Data Protection and Privacy Policy
In line with GDPR and the Information Commissioners Office we do not hold personal data for longer than is necessary and any emails received are dealt with and then appropriately deleted. Notes are anonymised, collected and stored for five years in line with Insurers guidelines, they are then destroyed through shredding. For those under the age of 18, notes are held until five years following them turning 18 before being destroyed via shredding; this is to comply with legislation allowing children to access notes when they become an adult. All telephone numbers that are held for clients are deleted as soon as work is terminated unless requested otherwise by the individual client. Mobile phones used for the storage of these contact details are encrypted in line with GDPR legislation.
